I bought this after reading many reviews. Like others, I was also looking for a good waist trainer that I can wear both at home and while exercising. I ordered a size up because I read that these shoes run a little small. It fit me well and it was easy to close, which is good. My problem is that after a little over an hour the upper starts to fold and the shoes are uncomfortable to wear. I'm not sure if it's because of my small stature (I'm only 4ft 10") or if it's made for tall women, but I don't like it. Going back isn't bad, but I don't feel like I need to constantly tweak something that says it won't fold or slide. If you are small I suggest finding another trainer as this one will not fit.
