I understand why people get upset about this. It is very nice! I keep it in the freezer and when I want to use it, it's ready to go. I have a busy season and have terrible stress/tension headaches. I wanted to crawl into bed around 2 p.m. but there were three hours left. So I took it and rolled it over my face, temples and the back of my head. I felt a lot better! I had some energy and was able to get through the rest of the day there. I'm so glad I have this. I didn't even take painkillers for the headache. I'm not saying it cures the headache, but it certainly made me feel better. Will it work every time? I do not know. I definitely recommend it. And it's not expensive either. Besides, it came quickly.
