ExperiaTeam Deliver Quality Results

The customer support team at experiusteam are very helpful, always willing to help you out in any way they can and will guide through all aspects from initial setup up until after launch when things go wrong or need adjusting. I have had no issues using them for my project so far! They do an excellent job. If there's anything that could be improved then maybe adding some tutorials/guides into their training section as well - but other than those minor niggles i don't really think there would much else we'd want changed about our experience with this service provider. We used them initially because they were recommended by another client who was also happy with their work.

  • Super friendly staff
  • Very responsive.
  • Lots available knowledge within employees regarding various technologies etc (we've been able ask questions without having trouble finding someone knowledgeable enough)
  • Easy access via phone call / chat function too if needed outside standard working hours
Cons
  • e.g web development problem vs technical problems
  • Not everything gets resolved instantly due
