The fact is it's so loud, otherwise my SFF was quieter than the PSU itself. If you don't have a choice between this and other mini- If you have PSUs with external PSUs etc, I would prefer this option over any other Flex-ATX. This is a good brand, well made and cheap for the good function. I opened the package and replaced the 40x40x15mm fan with a much quieter 40x40x10mm fan and sealed the gap with Kapton tape. Not ideal, but now sitting in front of the computer is tolerable. You don't even need a very powerful fan unless the power is over 200W.
