I love this band now but when I first got it I thought it was too light. Since then, I've really appreciated this lightweight frame as it doesn't put an uncomfortable strain on my arm, unlike heavier bands. I got so many compliments at work! The strap seems much better suited to the work environment than the plastic strap that comes with it. The body around the attachment is a bit duller than the strap and I really like that slight difference in tone. Also, adjusting the size is very easy. Each segment can be cut to make it as small as you like.
