When I first bought the King cymbal, I bought the back cover. I was less than impressed having repaired 2 under warranty and 3 more in less than 2 years. I switched to 4100 hoping they would be better. I WAS WRONG! First 2 lasted 8 months total, looks like the trunk, they weren't built for life on wheels so I tried the 4800 after reading how much better they are, first lasted 3 months, the next? 5 weeks. when do you work? They're great and comfortable, but when do they stop working? The headache begins. You'll quickly find out royal support, hit or miss, mostly miss by calling during "normal business hours", in most cases leave a voicemail and wait to call again. It's frustrating to call your service provider as they will tell you to call the king. those who have it and work? Fiction.
