I originally wanted to buy a Galaxy active watch as I sold my Apple Watch 3 due to poor battery life. But the Galaxy Active original has a very small face, and the Active 2 is a bit too big for me (44mm) and out of my budget. The Garmins are good, but the display is very poor, and the plastic type looks like a kid's toy to me (they're under $230). In such a situation, this is my first Amazfit product. I found 52 hours of battery life with constant heart rate monitoring. I didn't keep it connected to my phone all the time. Good screen, seems reliable so far. I liked it. It has so many features that I didn't use, but I was looking for a built in thermometer. I don't take the data I get from the smartwatch very seriously, it's almost perfect as far as steps go. It showed me my heart stopped for a few minutes while I was sleeping, it was funny! You can try lie 15 days of battery life, I see it as the art of advertising.
