Because of how it came packaged, the hydration tube was stuffed tightly inside the pack and arrived badly crimped. I returned it and ordered a replacement and it was perfect.Other than that, this is an extremely comfortable running pack. I couldn’t feel it bouncing around and I actually forgot I was wearing it during a 10k race.As other reviewers state, it is hard to get the last quarter of water out of the pack. Whenever I open the tip it would leak water all over. But it works. The pack is wonderful, they could definitely improve on the water pack and tube design.
