This sad item arrived in a very small box, rolled up like a burrito and as soon as you open it you will see how thin it is, like paper. I have a memory foam pillow that is 8 years old and was thinner than the one with Laertes stock. At first I thought it would expand, but unfortunately it didn't. Sat there barely filling the pillow case it was in if you look at the photos of the item on the listing you can see the firm pillow supporting your neck which is what I got after trying to get up to it Lying doesn't matter as it's more than muddy Now you're lying directly on the mattress. You would have to fold it 7 times to get weight and believe me it's so thin you could easily fold it 7 times. Needless to say this was an immediate return, I rate this item a negative 83 stars but Revain only allows one so it's one star, stay away from it.
