Extremely slow performance

I'm upgrading from US (at&t) Note 10+ I'm playing a dumb game with not very good graphics but I've noticed a lot of stuttering in some spots. Then just browsing and scrolling is not smooth if you go slowly. After all that, I launched geekbench AND GET TERRIBLE RATES! WTH. I will try different things and update as needed. .
