My husband was in dire need of some new training jerseys. He usually wears a large size and I ordered a large. They're a bit longer for him since he's only 5ft 10" and 175lbs, but he needs width :) and he doesn't like a tight compression fit. These fit him the way he likes it. The color combination perfectly matched his existing training shorts. They have small reflective markings on each arm and back in case you run in the dark. The material is breathable, but does not show through when worn. The weave construction allows the fabric to breathe better than comparable shirts. It has better material than the champion t-shirts I bought from Target. I recommend if you are looking for a great value pack of 3 lightweight training t-shirts.
