Very pretty but doesn't cut well!

Such a beautiful color but it doesn't cut well Very delicate! Have to try it out with which settings it works best. I tried different settings but none of the combinations I tried worked. I don't recall if installation instructions/suggestions were included in the box with this vinyl but if not. The company needs to invest to get it to the customers, it would save a lot of time and money. In the client's order!
