In fact it wasn't what I originally thought I bought but I decided to give it a try. I was positively surprised! Stay in shape. DO NOT FOAM! This is a transparent gel that you apply to your face and you're done - just shave. The tea tree oil seems to have cleaned my skin well and greatly reduced any scrapes and razor cuts on my face and I have coarse facial hair. It's not as dry as most foams I've used. If you shave every other day or two and only want to shave shadows or whatever grows, this is a great option. I'm not sure I recommend it for a full beard.
