The shoe is sturdy and solid. I purchased cheaper shoes similar to this at Forever21 but their quality was awful and had weak support. This shoe has great support. My only issue is the clasp. I am a little confused with how to close it? I'm not sure if I should send it back or fix it somehow. Or maybe this is normal, I just can't figure it out.
