I am 5'4", 118 lbs and my measurements are 35 bust, 27 waist and 34 hips, and I ordered a size 4. Their measurements for the sizes looked like the sizes that would fit my bust would be way too big on my hips, which of course would let water flow in and out and wouldn't work. But I like the color, so I ordered a size 4, which it said was for a smaller bust and waist than mine, but a correct hip size. In fact, the size 4 was super tight on my bust (as they said), but fine on my rib cage, and then several inches too loose on my waist and hips. It seems to be cut for women with pyramid shaped bodies, so if that's you, go for it! The quality seemed good, other than that.
