I love this belt. I have one from my first pregnancy with twins and this one pregnancy. When I switched to this one, the support changed! I didn't realize how much I stretched the other one! You can see it through lighter, tighter clothing, but that doesn't bother me. It can also get warm on humid days. I only find this useful when standing for long periods or chasing 4 year olds up and down! This is not necessary in a sitting position. In fact, it presses my stomach against my diaphragm and makes me breathless. It supports standing and compared to nearly $50 at a large children's store and a similar item at a medical supply store, it's a lot! Tip: Wear a tank top or belt over it, Velcro tends to stick to knits. And it helps hide the lines
