Review on GBS True Man Beard Balm Dual Pack - Ultimate Solution for Optimal Beard Care by Kristina Scott

I've tried almost every flavor of GBS balms and can now definitely say that Gentlemen's Blend is my favorite (Bay Rum didn't take the place). When I first read "Bourbon Flavor" and "Cigar Blend" I was concerned they would put me off as I'm not usually a fan of food/drink flavors (their caramel and mocha blend) or earthy flavors. Flavors (pine/cedar) however I was hopeful after reading some reviews and surprised after trying each to find out that "Bourbon" and "Cigar" are wrong names. The cigar blend has a recognizable artificial vanilla flavor. Not unpleasant at all, but if it lingers for too long, it makes itself felt through its sweet aroma and is somewhat disturbing. It's not at all what I would equate with a cigar (again, I don't smoke it when I have it). In general, I'm glad I have it and not at all disappointed with the purchase, it's just not my favorite. Gentlemen's Blend is difficult to describe, but it's an alluring, clean, masculine scent that disappoints me. c BECAUSE it doesn't last all day.
