Defective wrap coming off vinyl

I usually love Techwrap but this is the WORST oatmeal I've ever bought from them. I bought this color changing vinyl in June but as my family had been ill with the coronavirus for 2.5 months I couldn't/didn't have time to use this vinyl. I've just used it and the top sheet is peeling off the real vinyl, not the pastry that's supposed to peel off. I hate that I can't get a refund!
