I like that it's easy to use with multiple functions available in one place. It works well as an online database of memberships but also has other features such as events planning/management, event registration, etc. The customer service can be improved upon - sometimes they are slow at responding or not very helpful when you need them most (i.e., during peak times). Make sure to ask questions before signing up so there aren't any surprises later! We have been able to streamline our membership process using this software.
