The balloon came out relatively flat. The panels were arranged in a circle using a dowel with each panel in a pre-drilled hole at the top and bottom of the "basket". Very easy to assemble, the colors are great, the panels really catch the air and make the balloon spin nicely. It was a lot bigger than I thought it would be, which is great because I can see it from the street on my porch. It's worth it!
