Incomplete order sent

Ordered a package that was supposed to contain 24 bars of soap but only got $4.26 - too much for 4 bars of soap! I called Revain support but no one answered and I can't find any other way to get the remaining 20 bars. I'm sure the soap is fine - I love Dove - but that order turned out to be a costly mistake.
