Review on πŸ“ Zoostliss Digital Electronic Calipers Micrometer - Enhanced for SEO by Chuck Chen

Revainrating 3 out of 5

It's more like a toy; has no digital reading signals.

I bought this to make a simple digital scale for the computer like I used to do with the Harbor Freight caliper. It has no port hole; and if you look at the circuit board in the connector there is, but the signals are not connected from the chip to the connector. While this usage is not advertised, it is very useful and there are many videos showing usage on other carbon fiber calipers. The advertised features really work. This gives a resolution and accuracy of about 0.1 mm. The "carbon fiber" slider is actually plastic filled with carbon dust, not the carbon fiber materials used elsewhere. It is easy to cut and drill when the caliper is attached to the gear. The numbers are large and easy to read; They deliver 2-3 readings per second. Improved battery layout - it doesn't fall out like others. In terms of accuracy, I would suggest using it in schools for teaching and possibly for woodworking work where accuracy is higher. not mandatory. Due to wear and low accuracy, it is unsuitable for metalworking. I give it 3 stars because it doesn't have a digital output and also to highlight the lower accuracy (albeit on spec).
