These are good shoes, not great but they do the job. The style is very cute and my daughter was delighted when we received them. She said they're comfortable and easy to wear, even while swimming in the pool. They're a little heavier than other swim shoes we've tried. The velcro is strong and stays attached in the water. The holes in the toe of the shoe often got stuck in it. She often complained about it. We actually left them on the beach this year and decided not to replace them because of the holes.
