The camera was easy to install, but there were no installation instructions. I couldn't find any information on whether the camera worked with USB 3, and there was no way of knowing whether the camera actually worked until I downloaded a program that would display the camera's image. Once plugged in some drivers downloaded but I was very disappointed that the downloaded drivers did NOT work for my PaintShop Pro 2021 or previous graphics programs I own. Other graphics programs I use could not find the camera either. Most of these programs require a WIA device driver which was not included in the downloaded drivers and I could not find a WIA driver online. This limits the camera's usefulness to webcam use only.
