Review on 🖱️ Enhanced Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo - Logitech MK545 by Kitty Alcide

I bought my first Logitech Keyboard/Mouse Kit (Basic) on August 15, 2017. It lasted until January of this year (2021). Since my last purchase from Logitech was such a great success, I've decided to buy from them again, and this time with one of their quality combos. I bought this on January 22, 2021. I've been having issues with my mouse and keyboard not working properly for the past 90 days. I then tried unsuccessfully to contact Logitech through Revain. *YES, I changed the batteries of both components several times! I then tried asking for help in the "chat" which didn't help at all because I was never introduced to a "chat" representative. Since I was a bit frustrated I decided to write this review so others are BEWARE that this could happen to you too. ! I don't know if I will ever buy Logitech products again or recommend others to buy Logitech products. BAD move, Logitech. They definitely need to make themselves more available for customer service! I WAS A BIG FAN!
