Great but with a problem

I ordered a kit for my home office and when I realized how quiet the keyboard is I decided to order kits for my other computers. However, I have a problem with one or two keyboards. Like falling asleep. I've found that sometimes when I start typing it skips the first letter as if it takes a few keystrokes to wake up. Terribly disappointed!

I bought my first Logitech Keyboard/Mouse Kit (Basic) on August 15, 2017. It lasted until January of this year (2021). Since my last purchase from Logitech was such a great success, I've decided to buy from them again, and this time with one of their quality combos. I bought this on January 22, 2021. Logitech a Pain Windows 10 Driver - Keybd and mouse connections drop intermittently

Very disappointed. As an IT manager, I have used Logitech equipment for many years. This is the first time I throw them away. This was our second purchase of the MK545 keyboard and mouse combo. When these devices are installed, they load the basic Windows 10 HID mouse and keyboard drivers. If you don't change the drivers to Logitech drivers, there will be dropouts between both devices and the PC. The best wireless pairing with a full-size mouse.

I've had my eye on keyboard-mouse combos for a long time, but I don't like that most of them come with a compact mouse. When I saw this popup, I knew I needed this. My previous HP Wireless Mechanical Keyboard was noisy when typing, and I type quite a bit while practicing coding and web development.
