Review on 🖱️ Enhanced Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo - Logitech MK545 by Rachel Smith

Very disappointed. As an IT manager, I have used Logitech equipment for many years. This is the first time I throw them away. This was our second purchase of the MK545 keyboard and mouse combo. When these devices are installed, they load the basic Windows 10 HID mouse and keyboard drivers. If you don't change the drivers to Logitech drivers, there will be dropouts between both devices and the PC. The solution we found is to unplug the USB combo device, count to 5 and then plug it back in and this will force Win 10 to reconnect. Plan to do this 1-2 times until you have the correct drivers installed. Day. Logitech has identified this issue on its website and offers a number of time-wasting solutions. However, they don't specifically tell you how to install the Logitech drivers for these devices over the Win 10 "BASE" drivers. The solution is to get the old trusted Setpoint software and then work with that to install the Logitech drivers. Much luck. Keyboard and mouse next time MS.
