First of all I have to thank you for sending me the skirt so quickly! My daughter is having a Halloween party this weekend and I figured we wouldn't make it in time. She is so happy she got it. My daughter wears size 0 pants and the little skirt fits her perfectly! She wears shorts under a red skirt and it looks amazing. The skirt is short but just what we expected as is the tutu. We love it!
