I like that you can set up alerts for specific keywords to be alerted when they are used within articles published by our clients' websites/blogs (or other sites).

It's very helpful so we don't have too many false positives with this tool! Sometimes it takes longer than expected before an article is actually monitored after being added into my account - but not always; sometimes there could even just been no activity at all since adding something new was done last week until now? We're trying out different tools from various companies right here & everywhere else around us because everyone has their own way doing things which makes life easier if one knows how everything works together :).
