A countersunk nut inside the housing has fallen out of position (must be pressed, fixed). I had to take the canopy apart, reattach the nut, and glue it back on. Only then could everything be collected and installed again. This took about half an hour. I knew what to do to fix it and wanted him to install it that same day so I WAS NOT sending it back for another one. It's just a little frustrating to receive an item and not be able to install it without fixing it first. I'm sure you agree. ************ OK, IT IS NOW 9/12/19 AND YOU HAVE NOT ANSWERED.
