ok this is so cute. I'm obsessed! I highly recommend it. And I definitely recommend going for the light gray and black version with the striped straps. It's definitely waterproof. The best way to say it is that it's very similar to the material of a winter coat and emits a slight "rustling" sound when you run your hand over it. But it doesn't look like it. My mom said it looks a lot like sweatshirt material from a distance. I also love the combination of light gray and black. Perfect! The size is approximately the length of the ruler. It doesn't fit my 12.9" iPad Pro, but it's only slightly smaller than my iPad, so I like the size. Basically, I bought this to take with me on walks with my dog, because I usually have one carry few things with me when I take them on walks and I hate when my hands aren't free so it will let me bring my wallet, keys, water bottle etc and I would probably still have plenty of room inside and outside. All three zippers are excellent quality. I love that they have such a thick plastic zipper because it feels sturdy. There is a zippered pocket on the front, a zippered main compartment and a small zippered mesh pocket in the main compartment It's perfect for a kid's backpack because it's such a perfect size Oh and the back is nice and soft material, nice cross-stitching (see pic!). But i just love it. It's perfect for what I need it for and I can use it for travel and other things! Take it! You will not regret it.
