I was shocked! This is my first day of use. The arrival took only two days. The iron was carefully packed in a box and case. The other one I bought was used. I was so excited when my iron arrived today. It took me half the time to fix my hair and it was very light compared to my other Sultras. What a great product! It's worth every penny!
