I like that it's easy to use for both my company and our clients. It is very customizable and can be used in a myriad of ways - from basic document management & archiving to more complex solutions. The interface is a little clunky at times, so sometimes it takes extra clicks or workarounds to get things done. We use it for a variety of different things across multiple departments at my organization. This includes general storage/archiving as well as providing a way to share information with our clients (i.e. storing client emails for legal purposes).
