First, the instructions on how to put them on are absurd. There is literally nothing in the product that explains how to put it on. They have a photo on this Amazon page with four images. Pretty unimpressive. Second, the fabric is so light that I have no real benefit. Lack of arch, heel or ankle support. Yes, it fits into your sneakers, but that's because there's nothing here to support your ankle. I want to say something more positive.
