Review on MXL 770 Cardioid Condenser Microphone by Girish Underwood

I cannot recommend this mic enough! I made the mistake of NOT buying this mic first - when I first started voicing I settled on sub $30 mics which pollute the Revain. complete garbage! I WISH TO BUY THIS MICROPHONE FIRST! This mic is just great for VO! Compared to other microphones that cost more than 4 times! Noise levels are decent, I can easily go below -65dB with -3dB speech peaks, with an average studio and a cheap preamp! The sound is full and needs a bit of EQ, unless you want the proximity effect this offers if that's what you're after.
