As a life guide, two things are crucial to me: the quality of the goods I sell and the responsiveness of the company I buy them from. They advertise high-quality goods at affordable prices with excellent customer service, but I experienced the opposite. I had some issues with my order, and when I contacted customer support, I got unhelpful and rude responses. It was obvious that they had no intention of listening to my concerns or finding a workable answer for me. The quality of the products I got was satisfactory, but the prices were a little higher than I had anticipated. My overall impression of BESITA was negative because of the poor customer service I received. The BESITA online store did not impress me with its customer service, so I cannot suggest it. As a life coach, I know firsthand how important it is for a company to have responsive and helpful customer service, and BESITA falls short in this respect.
