Review on 🔍 GOLDENROD 495 Bowl Fuel Tank Filter: Efficient Filtration with 1" NPT Top Cap by Mark Gilbert

I love goldenrod products. I have decided to move away from the usual external filter and to this model with a new overflow tank. Constant leakage at the upper thread between shell and body. Twice canceled and redone to ensure seal is in order and not twisted. Bought a goldenrod wrench to make sure it was tightened as tight as possible. Broken goldenrod wrench (already returned) trying to tighten. STILL in flow. Forget it and go back to canister style. I would return but outside the return window. Save yourself some stress and frustration by sticking with the canister style. (FYI, the bottom drain will come wide open from the factory, so make sure you tighten it LOTS before first use.)
