The best part is it's ability to easily integrate with other tools such as Zendesk, Slack etc..
It can also be integrated into third party applications like Jira or Asana so you don't have add more software in your environment! Also very easy management of tickets from mobile devices including iOS/Android apps which was not possible before this product came out (as far I know). There are some features missing but they will come soon hopefully!! We used them mainly by integrating their ticketing system called "Belltech". But we didn’t use any custom development using bell tech products because there were too many problems during implementation phase due lack knowledge about integration process between different systems.
