I like that you can use this tool with any OS, whether it be Linux or Windows - even MacOS! It's also very easy to setup and has all tools necessary for monitoring your network infrastructure. If you're looking for something really simple to install but not cheap, then look no further than the Flowprobe. There are many free options out there if you wanted one built by community members (or those who don't have their own skillset). Monitoring my servers using NetFlow/IPFIX data collected directly from our switches and routers. I like that we can pull reports easily, it's easy for our customers to use as well. Sometimes there is lag time between when you request information versus actually having it available. It would be nice if they could get back with us more quickly about availability issues or other things. We are solving many problems here at my organization including network utilization monitoring and troubleshooting.
