I've been taking magnesium to improve my sleep for a few months and when I saw this I thought it would be a great addition to my daily routine. Workouts to support growth and sleep at the same time. Unfortunately, probably because I've been using magnesium for so long, it hasn't helped me sleep at all. Instead, my mind raced all night (as usual, not because of the supplement) and I didn't get much sleep. So your mileage may vary, at least anecdotally due to the use of magnesium. I could do a magnesium detox for a month and try again.
