Great Eye and Lip Primer

I can find a good eye primer that doesn't irritate. I've tried both store-bought and expensive primers, but they just didn't suit me. This Jolie Neutralizer is the ultimate primer for eyes and lips. It helps me apply my eyeshadow and doesn't crease. Another plus of this product is that it doesn't irritate my eyelids. I also use it as a lip primer and it makes my lips so smooth. This is a great product than any pharmacy and a quality eye primer.
