This small stand is convenient to hold your smartphone. The pins are deep enough to fit in most phone cases. It is lightweight, easy to fold and carry. However, it is a bit unstable when the base is extended and tends to sag when typing or even pressing the smartphone because its hinges are not that tight and cannot be tightened. However, this stand is definitely NOT suitable as a tablet stand. . It's just not strong enough to support the tablet's weight and too narrow to be stable. Not recommended for use with a tablet unless you want it to sag under the weight of the tablet or fall to the floor. It should be advertised as a SMARTPHONE STAND ONLY.
