I bought it when the scroll wheel on the m570 began to fail, the buttons on which I soldered twice already. There are no other options for trackballs. Let's see how long the buttons on the m575 will live. Has some pros: Trackball is a thing! The hand does not get tired like with a mouse, you can take it to a chair. Some cons: In the new logitech options software, the pointer acceleration setting has been removed. So far I'm using the Setpoint settings from the old m570 trackball. Chat support does not work. Removed the battery indicator, but it lasts a very long time.
