I knew a lot of the positive reviews on it were fake but it seemed pretty close to some half price kryptonite chain and lock combos so got it I took the plunge. As others have said, the chain is fine. Square links and damn big. It came to me exactly as advertised. The castle, however, is another story. It looked cheap and plasticky from the start, but it served its purpose for the first few months. Now it's an absolute pain in the ass to lock and unlock. Turning the key does nothing more than half the time. You'll have to sit there for at least a few minutes and try to get this thing to work. Recently I had problems with a complete blockage on one side. Not sure at all. You're probably better off just getting the Kryptonite version. After all, you're going to spend the extra money on a new lock anyway.
