I love it so much! I just got my back brace and have been using it for 3 days now. I see a big difference in my back. I received my package before the expected delivery. It was delivered so quickly it was here in 3 days! -Also available as standard shipping. That was great! There is great support. My waist size is 31 inches and I'm a regular size. Fits perfectly! The only thing is, if you keep bending forward, it tends to lift a little at your waist. It definitely needs to be worn with a shirt underneath as the velcro can scratch a bit. It is recommended to only wear it on the box for 2-3 hours at a time. Since it compresses - give your back a rest in between. It's also a great moderate support for your back.
