I had been wearing not one but two pairs of watches—one for the weekend and the other for work—when I made the decision to see if a fitness bracelet could serve as an alternative to a wristwatch. I purchased it before the new year, and I am content with the load. I charged them on December 30 at 11 pm to 100%, and as of 5 o'clock on January 3, the balance is 80%. I charged them on December 30. I just use the watch, the pedometer, and the pulse monitor out of all the functions it has, so that's a good thing that it's light and narrow. Due to the fact that I have not made use of the alerts feature, I am unable to comment on its functionality. The accuracy of the pedometer is comparable to the truth, and the heart rate monitor is accurate in concept as well, given that it displays 60-70 beats when the user is relaxed, but it displays 120 beats when the user is more excited. Some drawbacks: I didn't particularly notice the deficiencies as such; however, I don't particularly like the strap. However, in the vastness of China, there are many interchangeable straps, so you can order it if you want to; in principle, that's what I did. they do not monitor sleep during the night, they show how much they slept, how they slept, but not during the day. the only thing that noticed daytime sleep. To add one more point of criticism, I will note that the charging wire is too short.
