I use these for snack duty when it was our turn for my son's baseball team. The blue worked great for the Dodgers, And I included a Gatorade, cookies, chips, oranges and pez dispensers! The bags were hit with their parents and I got loads of compliments. We have used ours since, they are fairly water resistant so we've used them at amusement parks on water rides to keep stuff dry when we get splashed. Can't say how waterproof they are but they work pretty well for splashes. The white stripe is reflective. They seem sturdy enough and we've used are several times. Very happy with the purchase.
