Review on Sceptre Gaming Monitor with Built-In Speakers - 22", 75Hz, Anti-Glare Screen, Flicker-Free, Adaptive Sync, E229W-19203RT by Shawn Butler

First time ordering an item as a secondary monitor (my primary was already a scepter which I have never had a problem with in 4 years). After setup and hours of troubleshooting; I concluded that an electrical issue was causing the display not to show. After several requests I finally received a refund. Instead of giving me a full refund so I can just order the same product again (support fully explained); They refunded $30 to my bank account and the rest to my Revain balance on the gift card(?). Finally after the re-order and adjustment; The monitor gave me problems again to the point where it sat on my arm of the monitor thinking it would not work. Havnt even bothered to fix this because getting a refund is more of a headache than what it's worth. In general, your money can be spent elsewhere; where it's not really circling the drain, fingers crossed the product you paid for will actually work.
