Although the collar works wonders to calm our cats, unfortunately its removable aspect does not work properly. My young cat (9 months old) has gotten his lower jaw caught on the collar twice now. Both times we found them with all our might and gasped to get rid of them. When we realized what was happening, we removed it from her. We noticed that her paws and mouth bled a little after each fall. If you have a young cat please do not leave it unattended with this collar as it may kill it. Both times we were lucky, we were home when it happened. She couldn't breathe.
