Good for skeptics. This skirt is amazing. It's not small if you go by your measurements. At least that's what I found. I probably have average sized hips, but they seem big to me. The size range I was in was perfect for my hips. However, the size was one size larger than my usual size in other clothes. I have been sewing for many years and this skirt is very well made. The material is very thin. summer cotton. So not good for the winter. very convenient. It's not the most durable fabric. It's also very crowded, which I like. very modest lies on the body.
